We currently ship across India.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier service availability.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹X (you can update this value as needed).

For orders below ₹X, a minimal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• All tags must remain intact.

• The exchange request must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return / Exchange Process

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at miakkins@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged product (if possible)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order (COD orders only).

After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
